Flat roofs take a battering — standing water, UV exposure, and thermal movement all shorten the life of an ageing felt roof. Pro Tech's EPDM rubber membrane systems are fitted as a single, seamless sheet with mechanically fixed edge trims, removing the joints and laps where old felt roofs typically fail first.

It's the system most commonly specified for extensions, garages, dormers and bay roofs across Bristol and North Somerset, and it carries a significantly longer service life than traditional three-layer felt.

Every flat roof is measured and quoted on site, with drainage falls checked so water is directed properly to the outlet rather than pooling against the upstand.
