Quotes & Estimates

All quotes provided by Pro Tech Roofing & Property Maintenance are free and no-obligation. Written quotes are valid for a reasonable period from the date of issue and are based on the property condition and scope of work identified at the time of inspection. Additional work found once a job is underway will always be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

Guarantees

All work carried out is guaranteed as described to the client at the time of quoting. Guarantee terms will be confirmed in writing for each individual job.

Access & Scheduling

Reasonable access to the property is required to carry out quoted work. Scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, particularly for roofing work, and we will keep clients informed of any changes.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed directly with each client before work begins.
